Hey, I'm wearing the "It's All About Me" necklace today. Somehow, it just felt appropriate. ^_^

And we picked up a few more Christmas gifts this weekend. Looks like Santa An will be handing mostly toys in 2009 (just like in, well, early 2009). ^_^

I keep trying tah write an' draw...it isn't coming together well.
I feel inspired, but nothin' is turning out.

On the bright side, I'm doing fine with the writing gig.

Now I will be the favourite daughter, AAAAAHAHAHAHAhhahhehe... suck eggs, sis.

But seriously, I'm sure your drawings are fine. Quit comparing then to Morgan, he's a machine. Maybe you need a break from doing serious stuff and need to draw something funny and simple.

Ah ha...it's just hard 'cuz I really love the story I am working on and I am totally not doing it justice.

Aaaaand if anybody else is reading this, I'd like to apologize for my lack of posting. I've been working late every day recently and I've just been flaking out during my free time...
...maybe another reason why my creative endeavours have been pathetic recently...

I've resolved to do mine in steps. Arrange the scenes to make the skeleton or frame of the story. Rough dialog and scenery made for iffy panels I've laid out. Then going through it a few more times to plump everything up and make sure it's cohesive. Gawd forbid I had a mix up in the time line.

The way we talk about writing and drawing you wouldn't know we do this for fun, eh? ^_^

Rainy and tired

I only got an hour and a half of sleep last night.

It took me forever tah fall asleep and then I had a nightmare so bad it woke me up with jolt. No sleeping after that, thank you!

Personally, I think you'd both be better off if Morgan yelled and punched Don. How about a Hellz Yeah? ^_^ Any dingus leaving an open package of bacon in the fridge til it went gray needs a punch in the head. That's not the worst of Don, but that's always the one I think of first.

Oh, an' Terry called yesterday. He asked if Morgan an' I wanted to get our ANorth tickets through the club.
I said yes, and this means $10 bucks off the tickets for Morgan an' I.

That kinda cheered me up. ^_^

We didn't commit to sharing a room with the group though.
I don't think Morgan an' I wanna share a room with six other guys...again...an' I really don't think I wanna take my turn sleeping on the floor this year. Ha ha!
