Nice!

Also, questions:
  1. Do you have vidoe of your fight?
  2. What was your entrance tune?
  3. Why was it your first fight? I thought you'd fought before?
  4. How was the decision, unanimous? 30-27? Things I need to know...

1. Yes, I think I already shared it with Arn. Krista may try and cut it down, but right now it's a video of the entire night, and several hours.

2. Barns Courtney GLitter & Gold

3. This was my first licensed and sanctioned fight, which was a bit of a different beast. It was done by WKA, with full medicals, WKA officials, etc.
It was in front of about 1000 people.

4. Unanimous, but I am not sure what the scored it at. They never said.

Incicentally, I saw 'Idris Elba: Fighter'. Of course it was all terrible, since it's a Discovery documentary with teh dramatic voice-over. But overall it was not bad to watch.

Don't know yet, with the kid coming. There was one on the 3rd, but I don't think I have the time to train for it.

I actually just shared it via google drive.

Is the Idris Elba documentary worth watching at all?

Google Drive I can work with as well.

No, not really. It's alright, I suppose, but that's mainly because it's Idris Elba. The most interesting thing is seeing the gyms he goes to and some of the training methods they use. Which you don't see extensively, so don't go watch it for that.

I was mostly impressed by the end result, but that could also be because he had a mediocre opponent.

It's not the greatest display I ever put on, I was super nervous and mostly just kneed the shit out of him, but there was a couple cool moments.

I never managed to download the video properly from my Google Driver. Then again, I've never really figured out how to make Google Drive work for sharing files with other people. :(

Haha.

I shared it with Mitch, too.

Does anyone have any other ways to share a big video file?

If it's under 2 GB (which I don't think it is): wetransfer.com

Maybe you can split the file in two rar-files and send those with wetransfer.

Those knees looked devastating. You outclassed the guy easily.
Also, was that a knockdown from the spinning backfist, or was that more of a slip?

Incidentally: best KO I've seen in a while.

I know him as Wilson Mendes, but apparently he's fighting as Sanches Mendes at Glory.

I hadn't seen it yet, thanks for spoiling it. ;)

I'm on vacation, I'll catch it when I'm home. Or if Fightpass works here.

Oh, is this when the one guy koed his opponent by attacking from behind?
Why turn your back on your opponent in the first place?

Yes, but that's not the most absurd about it all.

Turning your back is a mistake in every situation. There are only two explanations:
1. the guy was out on his feet.
2. the guy was cut by the knee and thought the ref would call in the doctor. The ref should signal that first, though.
