I got another one! Is your name on Facebook your real name? It's very unusual.

Yep, that's my real name. I wish I knew more of the history behind it but it's been muddled a bit.

Funnily enough, the first thing I had to think about when I saw your name was my girlfriend (her last name is Libanon). This does not, however, mean I think of you when I'm having sex with her. Sorry about that.

Guess who volunteered to do a reading of his published short story at Wiscon this year? :e2thud:

I swear to gawd, I don't wanna hear fretting about this for months on end. You volunteered for crying out loud.

Not that I'm not proud of you. :emoteHail:

I have the bestest wife in the world. She kicked me outta the house and told me to hit a coffee shop, ignore work, and get some writing done. And that's just what I'm doing.

I don't watch UFC regularly but I do hear snippets from time to time. I remember there being much controversy when Kimbo Slice allegedly took a fall.

Brock Lesner? He ****ing beats people to a pulp in mma, that's what is up.:emoteHail:

Anyone know why Test died last week? Test's a former WWE wrestler, used to pal around with the wrestler, Albert. He wasn't very old, 33 I think.

I just did a quick search. It will be several weeks before any conclusive findings are revealed.

Just speculating, but given the cause of death behind most pro-wrestler's early demise, I'd assume that a combination of abusing steroids and painkillers had a big part to play in Test's untimely death.

I wasn't a terribly big fan of but I do remember his team-up with Albert. Sad to see him dead.

My laptop busted sometime in the last week. I dropped it off to be fixed, but it'll be three or four days until it's ready (battery stopped charging and they have to replace some internals).

I think this is what withdrawal feels like.

Stop laughing, An. I mean it.:e2bummed:

Why? Neither of you has a job that depends on location, right? Why live somewhere shitty?

Because my dad just had major back surgery and won't be able to live by himself for 2-3 months. He can't drive, can't work, and won't be able to do much on his own until he's healed up and through rehab and therapy.

It's not what either of us would necessarily choose to be, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do.
