Tacheback

Post by Stocky Boy »

I'm guessing this is just a UK event?

Tacheback is a nationwide charity event engineered to help raise awareness of ball cancer - in men . This is acheived by sponsored moustache growing in the month of September - for men.

I shouldn't have shaven yesterday, since my boss is up for a team sponsorship. I had a reasonable headstart with my ten day growth.

Who in the spirit of raising money for ball cancer will also participate in growing a manly tache?

Is it just mustache's or can you do the full beard growth?

I've only grown a stache a handful of times in my life, and almost always accompanied by a beard.

I unfortunately will not be joining you in sporting facial hair but I'll support you. So what type of mustache will you be growing? regular, handlebar, paper-thin, curly, nazi?

I think I'll go for the santana from the below list, since it's the one that most matches my facial growth:

The Hitler tache is the one tache everyone gets to in the final stages of shaving. Am I not right? :D You know you do it!

These days though, I flip between shaving the Hitler tache or a pencil thin tache. You can't do both before you complete your shave. It's one or the other.

Didn't you shave it off a couple of years ago, Arn?

Go for the gusto and do the Lars the Viking one.

I would participate, but a tache on a member of the female sex is a no-no.

I did shave it off in 2002 but kept the rest of the goatee.

Ditto. The most I can pull off is "awkward teenager" minus the acne.
