It sounds like a future judge judy case.

Long story short: The job I had couldn't hire me on until the new offices were built. They neglected to tell me this after I took the drugs test, passed, and was told I'd be starting soon. Months later, still no new office. Fucking lame.

Then I got hired on at D3 Publishers, the makers of Dark Sector, Matt Hazard and more... And then the game I was going to be working on got canceled. I sat in on one meeting and then boom the entire team is gone. So fucking lame.

So I'm back at Fry's in the produce section for the time being. It's nice to have money again but the taste I got of what my field was like was soooooo tempting godammit. I'll keep trying but my schooling is coming to an end soon and I need to focus proper like.

But, hello everybody!

This is true. My big mistake was quitting my first job...

but when I'm told by an employer that I passed the drug test and am ready to start work, and I TELL the fuck that I hand in my two weeks I think I deserve the new job...

So like, there was no way I could have won in the situation. I wished I would have kept my grocer position for weekends at the time because then I could have shifted back in really easy instead of taking like 3 months to get back there.

The game cancellation was a HUGE heartbreak though...
