An all around fantastic issue. The conversation between Buffy and Angel was wonderful which were topped by the fantasticness of the last 3 panels where Angel drops his head and then looks up and is transforms from Disco Angel to Badass Angel.
Of course the icing on the cake was Spike's return. After the previous issue I'd been expecting so it wasn't a huge surprise but his entrance was kickass.
On Spike's return however, I am of two minds. I think its great that he is back in Buffy's title & life (now we have the entire original crew back, less Anya and feels kinda like old times) but I feel Spike really had a fantastic, probably near perfect sendoff at the end of season 7 - especially his last exchange with Buffy -
Buffy: I love you.
Spike: No you don't, but thanks for saying it anyway.
And now matter how cool Spike's return is, it diminishes his sendoff a bit. Regardless, can't wait to see what happens next.
