Welcome to Tranquility vol 1

I liked this a lot.

Simone's usual brand of quick-witted humor and sharp dialog was replaced by regular chit-chat & a good old fashioned whodunit.

I'm glad you liked this. It took me an issue or two to adjust to, but I did love the 'in house' comic ads after awhile. They threw me for a bit because they interrupt the story at first, and then overtly add to them once you take a closer look. I really liked most of these characters, and it's clear that Simone had a lot of fun creating and working with them all.

Yeah those interruptions by those oldies comics really agitated me in the begining but then they all started to make sense as missing pieces of the puzzle.

I'll be getting vol 2 whenever it hits trades.

Vol 2 isn't in a trade form yet? I would imagine it already is. The first series was only 12 issues, and this series that just finished was a 6 issue mini.
