I will admit, it was a bit on the nose and kind of hitting you on the head with the racism tones in the book. They didn't even try to hint to it, as much as they blatantly said it. Multiple times. Per Page. That was probably the biggest bother to me.

That was the main drawback to the book. It seemed like they were trying too hard to use the racial problems so they hammered it in over and over again.
