I'll post mine up later, but I have to say, when I looked at it last night I was fucking pissed.

DC is putting out ALL of these Flashpoint titles at the same time, and they're NOT replacing the regular ongoings like was originally hinted at?? WHAT THE FUCK?! That just completely over-saturates the market with nothing but their books, forcing many to pick between regular series and all of these minis. I'd love to get the minis, but more than likely I'll just stick to my regulars especially if I'm still trying to get a full time job.

If they had replaced say, Superman with Project Superman for a month or two, it'd give a lot more advantage to that miniseries, encouraging regular Superman readers to pick it up along with Flashpoint readers as well.

DC may own the market in sales of titles in June, July, and August this year, but I guarantee books that move the most actual issues will be Marvel books, as a lot of DC titles will probably see drops in sales due to having so many books on the shelves to choose from.

I probably did the bad thing, but I did make a post on Bleeding Cool to see what the quasi-trolls there have to say about it. It's fucking ridiculous. I more than likely will boycott all the tie-ins and just download them instead. Sort of what I did with the Marvel Chaos King thingy, I bought the main title and the 2-part X-Men series and then downloaded the rest. Also what I'll do with Fear Itself.

GREEN LANTERN #67
FLASHPOINT #2
BATMAN #711
BIRDS OF PREY #13
RED ROBIN #24
SUPERMAN #712
SUPERGIRL #65
WONDER WOMAN #612
LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES #14
GREEN ARROW #13
TEEN TITANS #96
ZATANNA #14

Maybe:
BRIGHTEST DAY AFTERMATH: THE SEARCH #1
DC COMICS PRESENTS: JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA – BLACK BAPTISM #1

I'll make up my mind on the Flashpoint series later on. Note that I guess we don't get an actual issue of Flash that month as it is. That seems to be the only book we don't get in place of these one shots and minis. Fantastic.

You can probably get the individual issues for cheaper than this issue, lol. In fact, this eBay buy-it-now you can get for $7 shipped ;)

lol what you forget is I work in a comic shop from time to time. I got the JLA 80-Page Giant that just came out. For Free. :D

So I'll probably just get that for about 20% off, depending. Plus, I'd rather have it collected. Makes for much easier reading.
