Yeah, that one. The one that came out in 2006 or whatever and took 6 years to complete by Damen Lindeloff & Lenil Francis Yu.
It was a very strange story. It seemed like Lindeloff wanted to tell the story as awkwardly as possible. The story felt padded the fuck out. Lindeloff kept "rewinding" at the begging of each issue which led to a fair amount of retreading of events Lindeloff told us earlier (or later if you like) in the story.
Also, the entire story seemed to be about showcasing just how unkillble Ultimate Wolverine is. From ripping him in half, to nuking him, to dismembering him to the point where his head went into stasis when it had no access to it's vital organs.
It was an interesting concept but Lindeloff went in a really roundabout way of telling it.
The art was okay. Yu isn't really my cup of tea.
