Small comic book show. Raped the 50 cent bins.

The only comics there that cost me more were Miracleman 7, Hellblazer 27, 100 Bullets 1, Swamp Thing 22. They only cost me $30, too, all together.

I think you got the Checkmate issues that suck horse dick.

Aren't Batman 408-410 the Year One issues?

No, the first Tim Drake issues. Found them at a flea market for a buck each.

Rucka wrote checkmate till issue 25, the series went to 32. I am only getting to issue 25.

God no, there would have to be a lot of grading done. I do however, occasionally check and see what some of my books or runs sell for, and it can be a solid chunk of change.

Also, good call on checkmate, they are great so far.

Gotham Central is a bitch to find. I remember trying to order the trade off amazon a couple years ago, and they never shipped it since they never got enough.

5 issues left, but I've exhausted every store near me.

What issues are you missing? I can try and find them at the shops in Manhattan.

Gotham Central
10 13 15 18 21

If you see any for a buck or two, that'd be great, if they are any more than that, don't worry about it, and I'll just try and find them at the comic show here at the end of April.

I'll have a look at my shop as well tomorrow to see if they have anything but I doubt it. Maybe I can convince my sis to look for them in Paris.

I checked the shops near me; no luck yet, but I have yet to hit up Midtown comics & St. Marks which I'll do either today or tommorow.

I expect Midtown & St. Marks to have at least a few of them
